Ours end up anywhere between 2.0 - 3.0 mph for as much as 3-5 minutes. We start them at about 0.5 - 1 mph and sometimes have to use hands to move legs for them at first. I do know we read a LOT of info before we started treadmilling. There is a fine line where enough is enough and too much just ruined the lamb. Use the search feature and study up.
