I have a friend who suggested we put a harness on the lamb, tie a rope to the tire, and have the lamb pull the tire. Is this a good idea? If so, what is the targeted muscles. If not, please let me know..

Your training a 4h lamb not a football player.. The best way to excersise your lamb is by tracking/ or treadmill.. I have, in the past, actually go out on a run with my sheep with the halter while i was conditioning for 2adays though lol

lamb is not a horse. Look at the pulling horses. They have tremendous shoulder development. Not what most judges are looking for in a show lamb.
