| | When I go to all my progress shows in the summer I hear a lot about my lambs being "green". Anyway to NOT have that happen when I hit the shows?

| | @kciD- My shows begin the last weekend of May. What do you mean when you say green lambs are desired?

| | A Green lamb means a growing lamb and hasnt reached its full potential.. It depends, this early in the game its not a bad thing at all, but since you said your in a progress show, it should be expected of..

| | the lamb needs to look it's best- at your most important show-- which also tends to be your last.
I've never seen a lamb, steer, or hog look 100% at 12 o'clock- from May until September-- as most people's show seasons drag on during.
It's a process of working to look your best, and getting practice for the big dance.
